FlowCircle is a relationship and task-management workspace for professionals. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, how long we retain it, and how you can delete it.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, company and role when you create or update your account. If you use Sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the identity details those services provide.
- Workspace content: contacts, companies, tasks, calendar items, notes, opportunities, follow-up preferences, uploaded schedule images/PDFs and the text you ask FlowCircle to parse. This is used only to provide the workspace features you request.
- Integrations: information needed to connect an integration that you explicitly enable, such as Google Calendar. You can disconnect an integration from Settings.
- Diagnostics: basic request, device and error information needed to keep the service secure, reliable and available. We do not use this information for advertising.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, save and synchronize your workspace, create tasks and reminders, process requested AI/OCR imports, provide support, prevent abuse and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your contacts or workspace content for targeted advertising.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only with providers that help us operate features you request (for example, hosting/database, authentication, AI/OCR processing and an integration you connect). Providers are contractually required to protect information and use it only for the requested service. We disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and workspace information while your account is active, and only as long as needed for the purposes above or legal obligations. You can permanently delete your account in Settings → Delete my account. The in-app deletion flow removes your account and associated workspace records, then signs you out. You may also contact us for privacy requests.
Your choices and permissions
Camera, Photos, Contacts and Notifications are optional device permissions. FlowCircle requests them only when you use the related feature, and you can withdraw access in iOS Settings. You can use manual entry when an import permission is declined.
Security
We use authenticated requests, access controls and encrypted transport to protect the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid entering information you are not authorized to share.
