For account, privacy, task, calendar or import questions, email asrin@corcellmedical.com. Include the app version, device model and a short description; never include passwords or private patient data.
Account deletion
Open Settings → Delete my account, type DELETE, and confirm. This permanently removes the account and its associated workspace data.
Common troubleshooting
- Keep the app updated and check your connection if a sync takes longer than expected.
- Grant only the device permissions needed for the feature you are using; manual entry remains available.
- For Google Calendar, open Settings → Integrations to reconnect or disconnect the integration.
